My Ikea Sewing Space

So I needed to create a cheap and cute little sewing space for my room.  I sew/make dancewear as a little side hustle and sell online.  We now have a new Ikea store in Memphis, TN, so of course I had to go spend some money.

I bought (2) of the lamps shown in the photo to attach to my tables.  They were $8.99 each.  I love them because you just attach them to any table by screwing on tightly.  Next, I bought (2) of the cork boards that you see in the photo.  I call them my inspiration boards.  I usually find cute little dance outfits online and print them and pin them on my board for inspiration when I am making my own designs.  These boards were $5.99 each.

I bought (3) of the Linnmon table tops for $8.99 each and (1) Linnmon table top for $19.99 each.  The $19.99 table was a little bigger and wider.  I used this top for my cutting table.  Of course, you can go up to any size table top that you want.   For the 3 smaller tables I bought (4) legs for each table.  The cost was $4 each.  This made the cost of each small table $24.99. This was a very reasonable and good price.

For the $19.99 cutting table, I bought the expandable table legs.  These legs were $15 dollars each; making the table’s total cost $80.  I find that the legs on all the tables are very study and worth the money.  Ikea furniture is so easy to put together.  I love it!  I am so glad I did not have to find a table at the thrift store to refurbish or build some sort of table as an alternative.  Below are my pictures/video of my little sewing space.
